A Very Short History of Lakewood Rotary

It was quiet on this beautiful, sunny Friday afternoon, with Rotary members contently munching on pot roast, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and cookies. Promptly at 12:30 pm, President Tom rang the bell, and we were off to another exciting meeting of Lakewood Rotary. Tom reminded us that, as we celebrate 70 years of existence, we stand on the shoulders of those years of service, fellowship and leadership. We want to continue to build our legacy with every meeting, event, and service project, both local and beyond. Not that he’s counting but he has only seven (7) more weeks as president.
