Riding the Tacoma Rail
President Tom George (PTG) is on board the Lakewood Rotary Leadership Train as the Conductor/Engineer for another 4 meetings – hopefully the train won’t derail…...
On or about 12:30PM our esteemed President rang the bell and started the train rolling. I say on or about regarding the start time of the meeting because I was busy shoveling pot roast and mashed potatoes and gravy into my mouth and didn’t think to check the time. Gotta love that last meeting of the month lunch!
Overheard at the set-up crew’s table: I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to press all your buttons.
